COMMENTS (1)
[17-Oct-2022] The lease is not written to hold the landlord accountable. The rules are bent as the mood of the landlord goes. There is a lack of transparency and accountability, constant pestering over (money-related) non-issues, frequent <24hr housing visits, interference with housemate-related decisions, nice-nasty type of persona, self-centered, inexperienced, and clearly looking to cash in on tenants with not-previously clarified fees. If the landlord is inconvenienced in any way, you will somehow end up paying.
