COMMENTS (1)
[26-Oct-2022] Carmine Rego is the stereotypical slumlord. In addition to not having a U&O inspection prior to my move in as required by law, & not addressing any of the needed repairs I notified him about within 72 hours of moving in (including a back door that doesn't close/lock & black mold in the kitchen pantry), he left me living with a broken sewer pipe & a sewer fly infestation for over two months. He was aggressive, insulting & threatening with every communication we had. He was angry & abusive when I notified him (7 times over the course of 2 months) of the stench in the house & refused to even come check the problem. I finally had to contact the East Goshen code enforcement department to get the sewer pipe repaired. He did absolutely nothing about the sewer flies that had taken over the house. Never even called an exterminator. He does not care about his tenants' health or comfort. All he cares about is getting a monthly check for the overpriced dump he owns.
