COMMENTS (1)
[04-Nov-2022] Left us with only space heaters for warmth for a month in winter when temperatures were in the negatives was the big thing. The basement pipe was leaking and flooding the basement for months and we were hauling like 7 buckets of water up the basement stairs a day. There’s still mold down there. Usually when something needs a repair she has to be begged and often gets passive aggressive for being asked to her job. There’s a cabinet that’s been dangerously hanging off the wall since last February (it’s now November) despite me asking her several times to repair it. On the upside, she will leave you alone though, and you’ll never see her (even if you’re trying to). She’ll also try to extort an exorbitant pet fee out of you so get your animal registered as a therapy pet if you’re renting from her so she can’t legally do this. We paid 1,800 a month when we lived here 2021-2022.
