[06-Nov-2022] This is the worst experience I've had living in NYC. I want to warn anyone else so they don't have the same experience. The landlords live right below the apartment and scream at each other at all hours of the day. It's incredibly disturbing and loud. If you ask them about it, they say nothing is happening. They will bother you about every little thing, from moving a desk chair to trying to ride an exercise bike. There has been a cock roach problem and leaking skylights and the landlord did nothing to address them when informed. The landlords also watch us when we leave and are coming into the apartment from their second floor balcony. It's really unprofessional and makes us feel extremely uncomfortable. These people have no idea what a proper landlord should do and how they should act. Please, stay away, so you don't have to go through the same thing and get stuck in a lease.
