[02-Dec-2022] Please beware of this landlord. She made the place seem great before signing the rental agreement and then once signing her demeanor and attitude towards the place changed. If anything went wrong, she used the excuse of the place being old. The sewage clean out overflowed 7 times in only 11 months of living there. This has never happened to me before and she blamed myself and tree roots. It was unfair for her to blame me as I followed all her interestingly worded rules upon signing ("only 3 P's in the toilet- Pee, Poop, and toilet Paper"). The sewage would flood the majority of the front yard and leak all over the sidewalk. Never once did she apologize. After telling her that this was a safety hazard to myself and the community, she mocked me.

The bathroom is in desperate need of proper ventilation during the winter. I wasn't opening the window while showering in the morning because it was 45 degrees outside (and 50 degrees inside for that matter). Unfortunately, this caused severe mold to majority of my clothes in the closet and my mattress. Shortly after I realized there was a literal hole in the wall in the corner of the bedroom which was the main cause of the mold. I only found out because by that point, the masking tape that was covering the hole and painted over had come undone.

After moving into my next rental which is the same old age, I realized she failed to upkeep the home. She is incredibly difficult to work with and seems to have a pattern of kicking tenants out based on the amount of names I saw come through the mailbox. Only expect living here one year max. But honestly, do NOT live here!
