[07-Mar-2024] Please do not do business with this man. He's an absentee landlord, slow to fix things if he fixes them at all, because, he'll tell you, he's busy. Too busy to fix even important things like AC or heat. In fact, he might even question why you need those things at all smh. I got lots of stories but I want to keep it short: I regret signing a contract with this man - it seems the obligations to the contract only go one way. You'll regret it too, so just don't do it!!
