[05-Jan-2023] Vigen Ghazarian, the property manager, is one of the worst human being I've had the misfortune to encounter in my life.
He was all sweet and nice prior to my moving in.
But for the whole tenancy, He would only fix things if it meant a direct loss of money for him. The other requests by tenants would mostly be left unaddressed. The building is old and has been having a termite problem ever since I moved in. Despite many requests by the tenants, he's never done anything about it.
The laundry machine has never been purged and constantly leaves marks on cloths.
The garage units are in ruin. rodents live and defecate on everything left inside them. their roofs are so damaged that when it rains, everything inside gets rained on.
His solution was to staple an ugly blue tarp over the roof but it did basically nothing and it's already falling appart.
The worst is whenever a tenant gives their departure notice, Vigen turns into a nasty person. He’s actively trying to cause conflict by accusing the tenants of damaging the property and questioning their good faith. He becomes rude, condescending and insulting.
And will list made up or unfair damages after the exit inspection (once the tenant has left) in order to retain a portion of the security deposit. He does that almost every time. I saw him do it to other tenants and he’s done it to me.
Avoid this property or any other managed by this person. |
