[28-Jan-2023] Terrible landlord. Promised renovations that never occured. Property is completely run down and infested with mold, cockroaches and mice. Nothing is in a good state of repair. All fixes completed wirh dollar store finds. Will not address matinence or saftey concerns. Fire escape was allowed to rott and crumble and would not repair. Property is misrepresented in adds. Landlord is not aware of/does not follow RTA. Landlord does not show up when promised and goes our of town for months at a time and will not adress issues. Problems are covered up rather than repaired. Landlord and property manager are verbally abusive and will not respect your privacy, cameras in unit are recommended as well as ones pointing to your windows as they will look through windows.
