[14-Mar-2023] Julie Imazumi is an absentee landlord. She does not care about the condition of the property where I stayed (681 N De Soto St, SLC). The property is in disrepair, and she is too cheap to fix it. It needs a new roof (there is a pest problem in the roof), the sewer backed up on us twice and she would not have it fixed, just band-aided the problem, the place has a bug problem. We found it infested with roaches when we moved in and called the exterminators ourselves, had to spray for spiders ourselves, and there was an ant problem as we moved back. The windows are single pane, so you heating and a/c bill are sky high. She has a property manager who "takes care of issues". Thomas is completely ineffective. He doesn't respond to you, and never follows through on fixing things. We did the repairs and fixes mostly ourselves. The upstairs unit is completely trashed and the tenant, Julie and Thomas could not care less. Do not rent from this person. She charges a lot of money and it is pretty much a slim situation.
