[15-Mar-2023] Property ad is misleading. Not a single family home. It is an ADU located on the same lot as main house. This was not disclosed. Overpriced for an ADU. Property address does not show accurately on maps so issues with deliveries. Problems with plumbing. Property stolen first week of move in. Landlord will not show any utility bills and charges a flat rate every month. There is no separate water meter to gauge usage so undetermined how he comes up with the price. Will make false accusations upon move out to keep security deposit. Make sure to document everything. Do not advise renting this property.
