[15-Apr-2023] This landlord is a thief and a conman, and I'm sorry I ever trusted him. Take pictures, keep evidence. He will doctor documents to suit his needs and make it look like you signed a document saying the property was damaged. Don't leave any original copies of any documents with him without first taking a photo. You will not get your security deposit back, and the property has a million hidden fees. Expect to spend an extra $4 - $6k each year on fees to maintain the property outside standard expectations. It's way more expensive to live there than the lease implies. I've lived many places due to military service, and he is horrible. Absolutely the worst type of person. Avoid at all costs!!!!
