| [02-Jun-2009] Whenever possible, I would avoid them at all costs. They are not responsible, and don't really care about their tenants. They pretty much just do what they want, when they want, without contacting you. They don't follow through with 9/10 things you ask them to do. They don't communicate well at all. They don't finish the jobs they are meant to do. They act like they don't really want to be landlords at all. |
