COMMENTS (1)
[13-Feb-2006] This landlord does not provide heat during the cold winter months. She and her family try to intimidate renters into not complaining. The daughter, Athena shuts off the heat and then claims no one is complaining to the heat inspector. When you call the heat complain center they start screaming and yelling that they provide heat, if that's the case why would people complain. By far this woman and her clan are nasty human beings with no regard for anyone but themselves.
