[29-May-2023] This landlord is a thief and a liar. He will never return your security deposit and will charge you for work you did and claim repairs for things he hasn't repaired since he bought the property in 2015. Get everything in writing and specific. Take detailed videos at move in and out. And expect to be taken to small claims court where they will lie! If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and rent from anyone else! If you already live there and you don't take a video when you move out, expect bills of over $2,000! In all my years of renting and renting for my young adult college student children, this is the only landlord that is a nightmare. Don't trust your instincts or logic, this guy is simply a low-life scum!
