[05-Aug-2023] This landlord has a policy of "let it lie," aka "if it's broken, I'm not fixing it unless the property is rendered uninhabitable because of the issue." They rent to large groups of people, one bedroom per family. We lived in one of their units and couldn't use the outdoor space much due to an auto repair business loudly operating out of the garage. We also had mice that we told the landlords about; they never responded appropriately and the problem expanded to include roaches. The pests and the high Laundry costs convinced us to move.
