[27-Aug-2023] Discriminatory pricing, price gouging, supporting and conducting illegal activities, dozens of code violations going unaddressed for years, refusal to give proper notice or respect privacy, lurking around in the house nearly every day, multiple thefts, harassment, renting out from under tenants without their knowledge or consent, refusing to honor leases or agreements, letting men live at a Ladies Only rooming house without notice or consent, retaliation, creating more messes and problems for the tenants to clean up at their own cost, refusing tenants their keys for weeks or months after they've paid, threatening tenants who speak the truth with arrest or eviction, sowing lies and division between tenants to cover wrongs, using tenants' property then throwing it out in the yard
