[17-May-2024] Please stay far away from I cannot stress this enough. There were so many issues when we rented from this individual. - the ac units all smelled of mold & were unsealed - the floors were unsealed, horribly dirty & dusty. it was so bad you could not breathe so we had to seal them ourselves. - he would spam call & illegally show up multiple times, pounding on the windows yelling for us - he illegally went into the garage & backyard multiple times - the oven was literally leaking gas which took months of us telling him before he had it replaced. we nearly passed out multiple times - he went up into the attic at one point and when he came back down he got mouse poop everywhere in the kitchen which he did not clean - he was not mentally fit to be managing properties. he would constantly forget things we told him multiple times and would gaslight us - he had code people come at one point and they were mad at him with how many laws he was breaking in our unit - the fire extinguisher was way past its expiration date
