[16-Jul-2024] Vickie Connally and Emily Connally rented a barndominium on their property to me with a six-month lease and one-month notice clause, standard lease. I spent approximately 40 hours and $200 improving various substandard conditions of the dwelling. At three weeks they had no reason whatsoever to be dissatisfied with my tenancy but evicted me by stating I had photographed Emily Connally's children so was being evicted for "misconduct" and "dishonesty" and threatened to call the sheriff. All of this was in writing, they never faced me. I told them I would be happy to speak with a deputy (and show them the psychotic emails). Do NOT rent from these horrible people. Everything they say is a lie and anything they put in writing isn't worth the paper it's printed on. The buildings and property are in shambles, filthy, inundated with clutter, infested with toxic weeds, insects, rodents, mold, and have faulty plumbing, HVAC and electrical. RUN, don't rent!
