[24-Jul-2024] I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. It is an extremely under maintained property. When we moved in the fridge was disgusting from the previous owner. The toilets and bathtubs were filthy. The furnace filter had probably never been changed, it had so much debris in it it looked like mud. She won’t address concerns like mold under the kitchen sink or a bad bug problem (which she tried to blame on us? I guess bugs come with when you move lol). She will threaten that you broke appliances thinking she can use your deposit to cover it. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
