COMMENTS (1)
[07-Aug-2025] This landlord never made requested repairs, closet doors hanging off track, refrigerator shelves glued together, walls not painted even though it was promised, took 6 months to get dishwasher connected, then replaced, the “replacement”; refrigerator was too large for original location.Constantly threatening 10 day notice if she didn’t get her way, I.e. did not allow tenant more than an hour to read lease and checklist or suffer a 10 day notice. Not allowed to make a second key for second tenant. Never provided 2 day notices for coming to residence. Placed r residence on Zillow and Trulia two months before end of lease and started showing while we were trying to pack. Blocked tenants phone numbers from calling or texting her prior to expiration of lease. Would not meet tenants for final inspection. Deposit refund was not returned for over a month and only after she was contacted. The amount returned was not appropriate - charged for items without proof of payment.
