[01-Sep-2025] Richard A. Matthews has stolen clothing and personal items from tenants. This was confirmed by his girlfriend, who said he offered to pay a fellow tenant to steal items from other tenants for Richard. She also said it was mostly mens items, clothing and even underwear and that some of it was nice and looked expensive. She brought it up to Richard and told him that the tenants need the items because clothing is expensive. She also said that he sometimes is seen by her and others, wearing the missing clothing of tenants after they move out.
