[23-Nov-2009] After months of excuses I'm getting ready to hire a lawyer. His word means absolutely nothing - get everything in writing if you do end up doing business with this company. He will talk fast and make you think he doesn't need your money. I suppose since he only repairs things that people would actually sue him about, he's not completely broke. Personally - I'd stay as far away as possible, I hate to move again so soon, but I think I might have to.
