COMMENTS (1)
[19-Feb-2010] When we moved into the house it was a complete mess. Furniture was left from previous attendants and there was mice feces everywhere in the kitchen. While cleaning we actually found a dead mouse in a trap underneath the sink! My friend and I had to clean the entire house (7br) because he said his cleaning crew (which he said would have been there an hour before us) had to be somewhere else....He was an hour late the day of move in, so we had to stand outside and wait for him, he didn't call and say he was running late or anything like that. Overall a shitty landlord!! When I was in the process of looking for other houses, and we told the real estate agents who our landlord was they just got quiet.
