COMMENTS (1)
[03-Nov-2010] When we moved in, we made a list of things we wanted done (walls painted, etc), which were never done. Our Laundry machine broke in October, and it took until the middle of November to reach the landlord because he was out of the country. The landlord's voicemail is full so it is impossible to leave him a message. He showed up a few times unannounced to mow the lawn when it didn't need it, sometimes early in the morning before I had left for work. We moved out on the first of September, and he hasn't returned our deposit yet (as of the beginning of November).
