[14-Jan-2011] Doesn't appear to have any vested interest in maintaining common areas in the building. Hallways and stairs hadn't been vacuumed in 10 years until a neighbor broke down and did it. Never fails to cash my rent check the nano second it arrives. I have to replace light bulbs in hallway otherwise we'd be in pitch black at night.
