COMMENTS (1)
[31-Dec-2010] He never returned my security deposit but gave me no reason for not returning it. (There was no reason for him to keep it.) He simply stopped communicating. No one seems to know where he is. Rent checks are put into a mysterious box and some unknown person picks them up. The landlord is nowhere to be found. Water gets turned off for no apparent reason. The yard is a dump. A toilet and bath tub are kept in the back yard. The house was marked for urban blight and he was forced to paint it or be fined. If he chooses to communicate, it is through text messages. His voice mail is always full. He doesn't answer his phone. He ran for city counsel and lost. I wouldn't have voted for him. He was the worst landlord I've ever had. After renting from him, you'll want to buy a house just to avoid dealing with landlords.
