[19-Jan-2011] mary pizzulli had me move in and pay 1st month's rent and deposit 10 days before the end of the month. then on the 1st I had to pay rent again. the place was a mess when I moved in. stuck on cat vomit on the carpet that I got out myself with my own personal steam cleaner. the window in the second bedroom was not put in properly and had some cheap insulation out side of it. the landlord constantly threatened to have my car towed when I was legally parked in the driveway because the neighbors downstairs who did not have a car complained. she was constantly threatening to evict me when I was not in violation of my lease. at one point I was baby sitting a dog. I had her permission prior to bringing the dog there. but I went to work and I get a phone call from her telling me she wants me out and I had a pit bull in the house. (the dog was not a pitbull it was an itallian mastiff) she was telling me she was going to call the police and come in with her key and if there was a dog in there I would be arrested. I told her there was no emergency and 24 hours notice was required by law for her to enter the premises. she called animal control to try to get the dog taken from me. it didn't work. the door in the kitchen leading to the basement was warped and in bad shape. I told her about it numerous times. she didn't lift a finger to repair the door until the middle piece fell out on my foot breaking my toe. (it was the wrong kind of door for that location anyway) the eviction threats continued, the threats to have the car towed continued so by may I had 2 months left on my lease and I was fed up. so with that final threat of eviction and car towing I found another place, packed up and moved out with out giving proper notice. imagine her surprise when she wanted her rent and I was already gone!!
