[22-Mar-2011] My wife and I ended our term early with Mr. Wong because I accepted a job in another state and were sued by Mr. Wong for a large sum of money. We were forced to hire an attorney. I strongly discourage you from renting from Mr. Wong based on my experiences as a tenant. Repairs to older appliances in the house were delayed because Mr. Wongs first response was to blame the us. He eventually admitted the appliances broke due to age when he paid someone to come look at them. He sued us for leaving early rather than talking to me directly and resolving it out of court which cost us both thousands of dollars in legal fees. Can't say this enough....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE.
