[14-Apr-2012] Apartment B4 in this building should not be rented until it is winterized. Your heating bills will average just under $400.00 a month for the entire heating season.
Vagrants will use your porch as a gathering spot...ignoring signage which was put up to discourage it. When I lived there, there was only a bath room door style lock on the door between the vagrants and me. A promised dead bolt installation was scheduled twice, cancelled twice and then never mentioned again. |
