COMMENTS (1)
[12-May-2011] One of the only reasons I stay here is because the rent is cheap. The house needs serious repairs, however. Some windows don't lock. Carpets don't look like they've ever been cleaned. He's perfectly nice to work with, but very sad how poorly he keeps the property. He's letting a great investment waste away through damage and age.
