COMMENTS (1)
[24-May-2011] Police were called to curtail constant verbal abuse by landlord continually present at moveout. Neighbors reported similar stories from previous tenants. Landlords expectations regarding moveout condition were unrealistic despite initial photographs. Landlord called tenants twice a day after moveout notice was given.
