[02-Aug-2018] Chris is the worst landlord I have ever had. First off he made us pay full rent on the 1st, and wouldn't let us move in until the 15th. Next a window was broken, and he didn't send someone to repair it for 3 months. The A/C was broken for at least 2 months, and he barely repaired it, the A/C guy said there needed to be a much bigger unit . The floors of his house were unfinished, and just covered by a rug. The list goes on and on. In conclusion, I would not go out of my way to write this much but he was that bad. I just want there to be some hope that someone wont have a terrible experience as I did.
