COMMENTS (1)
[16-Jun-2011] I have rented from Bill Bjorkman for the past five years and he is the best landlord I have ever had. He fixes things almost immediately (the same day usually for big things like the furnace, the oven, a leaking sink; maybe two or three days for a broken light fixture in the bedroom, adding more gravel to the parking area in the spring) and he never gives me a hard time or complains about it. At the very least, he returns my calls the same day so I know when repairs will take place.

If I'm having cash flow problems, as long as I call him in advance, he's flexible on the rent due date.
