[12-Aug-2016] Horrific Tempe landlord! Did not do repairs. Frequently invaded my privacy and quiet enjoyment of the property. Multiple code violations within her multiple rentals. The City of Tempe is well aware of her antics. Stay away from her rentals unless you are willing to be frequently harassed.
