[26-Aug-2011] Mark Needleman does not like to listen to his tenants and will do nothing about other tenants harassing you. If you tell him something he doesn't want to hear he will scream you down, especially if you are a woman. Very disrespectful. If you complain to him about anything, he will raise your rent. He bullied me a number of times. He dragged his heels for over a month in an attempt to not have to pay for extermination of bed bugs in his building - we were all eaten alive the infestation got so bad, and most of us had to throw away furniture and start all over again. To hear him talk, he's the only one who suffered any loss - as if those of us who lived through it didn't suffer at all. He does NOT appreciate the nice things you do for him either - instead it's as if you somehow owe it to him. Be forewarned.
