[12-Sep-2011] I would never rent from this landlord again. He took 5 weeks to get an HVAC repair completed - in the winter. He refused to authorize another HVAC repair - to my A/C in August - and I had to pay for the repair which I couldn't deduct from my rent because it occurred after I paid my final month's rent. He harrassed me and my kids - calling and texting me. He made up arbitrary rules and expected me to abide by them. He tried twice unjustly to evict me; we went ot court once and the judge found in my favor. One night when he was drunk, he threatened my oldest son and took a swing at him. I don't know if he's crazy or just a drunk but he made my life a nightmare for a year.
