COMMENTS (1)
[27-Sep-2011] Did not repair broken items after multiple requests. Performed unannounced house tours for new tenants. Lied about pro-rating us a day for moving out early (did not pay us the amount owed to us). Was not flexible for subletting. Overall rude and dishonest landlord, it was a bad experience for all of the tenants living in the house at the time.
