COMMENTS (1)
[13-Oct-2011] My landlord was on vacation during my move in date, and no move in inspection was conducted. Consequently accused me of preexisting damage to the house and yard. She has not returned the deposit in 60+ days after the lease ended. She set up a move-out inspection but did not attend it, and ended up doing an inspection less than an hour before the next tenants were to move in. She breached contract multiple times...visiting the house without proper 24 hour notice, not repairing items that were promised to be repaired in the lease. (i.e. broken dryer +5 months). Violated multiple housing codes in Boulder (no proper fire escapes, no smoke detectors). Threatened to evict me when her check deposit service lost my check. Also very hot headed and quick to accusations, very disagreeable and disrespectful.
