COMMENTS (1)
[28-Oct-2011] She has not returned our security desposit and refuses to provide a receipt of repairs, we are filing it in small claims. She was untimly with repairs that needed done and would not work around our schedule. When laundry needed to be done it was a pain because she always had the door locked and we had to call her and wait on her to always unlock the door. no move in or move out inspection was done by her; also she did not clear the snow and ice on the front steps in the winter, making it very dangerous for renters and visitors. Not very reliable would NOT ever rent from her again!
