[29-Nov-2011] Shane Stark is a landlord no one should contend with whatsoever. The man is self-serving, lies, withholds important information, and will seek any opportunity to make money. He does not adhere to any contractual agreement and could care less about your rights as a tenant. He offers would be tenants dirty, unsafe places to live and seeks ways to illegally take your deposit. When you confront him on his illegal, bad faith acts, he retaliates by trying to charge you more for property damage that was not done by your hands. He's sneaky and all together the worst person you'll ever want to deal with in any situation. His ego is bigger than his tiny little body. He pretends to be a management company, Pacific Property, but he's just a one person operation with no ethics or professional mannerisms. Do think twice before signing any agreement with this man.
