[11-Dec-2011] This landlord lives on the property he rents. He likes to make lots of noise especially durring football. He is a fake 49er fan! He is a B.S. artist and is very good at what he does. He is an electrical hack and his house should be inspected by a REAL professional. He is a politically correct assclown and will find a way to keep your deposite nomatter how well you clean his house! WARNING: I Strongly recomend NOT RENTING FROM CHRIS R. DRAVES! You will regret it within 1 year. You have been warned!
