COMMENTS (1)
[17-Dec-2011] Worst landlord I've ever had. He left me and my girlfriend stranded in downtown Philadelphia for 12 hours late at night when we locked ourselves out of our apartment. Repairs were rarely done, even after months of calling / cajoling him to come fix the plumbing, lights, etc. He was frequently out of the country, and was impossible to get a hold of. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM.
