[03-Jan-2012] He will keep your security deposit regardless of the condition of the house. Tried to come after me for carpet cleaning bills knowing full well the apartment was in better shape than when it was moved in to. Lied about the condition of the house when we left it. Heard rumors that he was being taken to court because he kept students' security deposit.
