COMMENTS (1)
[19-Jan-2012] This landlord stopped making their mortgage payments 4 months after we moved in. When it finally showed up at the county this landlord still wanted their full rent!!! Instead of being understanding and feeling bad because now I have to find a place to move my family they wound not help. No repairs were ever done. When we moved in we had to clean the entire house top to bottom because it was so filthy from the last renters and the paint job the landlords did was not done and was only in spots so it looked terrible. I would not recommend renting from this person ever. Not gracious or understanding or willing to work with you at all just demanding. I am shocked at how a doctor is so unethical. Don't rent from her or her husband very untrusthworthy people, not reputable at all. Anyone who would take money from renters even though they are not making their payments and still want all of it is a horrible person.
