COMMENTS (1)
[12-Feb-2012] Stephen lives in New Jersey and rents a condo in Colorado. He does not know what his location looks like and can not manage it properly. We had problems from day one. The bathroom was molding and stripping from the walls. He fixed it but wanted to up the rent on us (when it came to renew the lease) after he already did so (he upped the rent so we could move in one month latter). When it came down to the last month we lived there he asked us to show the location to other renters. Probably 3 different people. After we moved out we left the furniture that was originally left when we first arrived. We we charged for removing all of it. We got half of our deposit back, after taking great care of the location. When we confronted Stephen about this he proceeded to act like a child to us. Saying how we left a load of laundry in the unit and should have thrown it all away instead of calling us to inform. He was very rude every time we contacted him. We should have left the contract when we first moved in with the mold in the bathroom.
