[17-Apr-2012] Roger Neece's home at 1822 N Shore Dr. has a cracking foundation, an overhang that has sunk 3.5 inches over 10ft, improper yard grading, mold, moisture, windows that leak air, sliding doors that do not lock or slide properly.
When he was made aware of the mold at that property he did everything to make it seem like he was fixing the problem, but never did. 2.5 months after he was made aware of all the problems, I moved out under settlement with the court and all of the problems remained. He was a bully and a terrible landlord. His solutions were always the cheapest and he has no business being a landlord.
I strongly recommend that potential renters avoid this man and his property. Through his actions and inactions, Roger Neece proved to have little care for his tenants safety or his own property. The thought of him makes me shudder. My advice is to STAY AWAY. Do not buy this house, do not rent it. |
