COMMENTS (1)
[24-May-2012] Jason is a pleasant landlord to talk to; however, the way that he manages this property leaves alot to ask for. Praises: 1) Lots of room 2) Location is great (right next to High Street, Gateway) 3) Full time maintenance staff Complaints: 1) Mice running throughout the apartment during the winter time through either vents, or holes and cracks in walls. 2) Laundry situation is not very reliable. Older machines, tend to not work occasionally, token system that requires writing the landlord a check and receiving a stack of tokens. 3) Culturally insensitive workers who cannot accomodate things such as not wearing shoes into one's apartment following a polite request. (Don't bother asking). 4) A lot of rust in the bathroom (suspect old pipes and fixtures; thankfully, most people in the U.S. are vaccinated for tetanus so scraping up against rust isn't as much of an issue here)
