[02-Jun-2012] This is a landlord that resides overseas. She routinely comes back to check on her property, usually once a year, which is understandable. However, when she visits, she will stay in her rented property claiming that her house is a owner-occupied property and that she can stay for a whole year if she wants to. None of this is noted in the contract. Furthermore, she has very little regards to her tenants' privacy during her stay. (i.e. she will tell her tenants only "light cooking" is allowed. Again, not noted in the contract)

We lived with a broken refrigerator (temp control issue) for 2 months. Claiming that it can be fixed, the landlord refused to get a new refrigerator while we continued to throw away spoiled food. She finally gave in after 2 months of numerous fix attempts, but we spent more money than we would have liked re-stocking the fridge every few days.

Please do not rent from her if you want normal renting experience. Again I repeat, please do not rent from her.
She may appear to be a pleasant lady at first, but the minute you become her tenant, she will do the 180 on you and treat you very differently.

I really hope this post saves some people from sheer hell that I had to go through renting from her.
