[29-Jun-2012] Frank Roller is by far the worst landlord I've ever had. We had many problems with the OLD and DETERIORATING house throughout my tenancy. He would either A. ignore our complains or B. Turn them around to somehow be our fault. He did not conduct a proper move-in inspection with me (not one at all). And additionally he sneakily cancelled our Move-Out inspection emailing me and the other 2 tenants separately saying that it was because we all couldn't make it even though i have email record that we could. Finally he only gave us 1/3 of our expensive security deposit back and threatened us with obsure charges if we were to fight it. I personally didnt fight it because he is a lawyer himself and I don't trust snakes like him to be judged fairly in court. Overall, DO NOT RENT from him or his horrible wife Pam.
