COMMENTS (1)
[11-May-2007] While Doreen was a little scattered at t times, she was always very "forthcoming and accomodating" when any problems arose. She was not so good with the partidulars of move-in and move-out inspections but those are also not so important to me. She was very particular about credit checks and such. The lateness of the return of my deposit was solely my fault in that I was slow to return the keys after moving out. I would rent from her again in a minute. Relative to other landlords I've dealt with she was a 10.
